منظور الزمن و علاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى عينة من طلبة الجذع المشترك علوم تكنولوجية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث عن علاقة منظور الزمن بالصحة النفسية ثم الكشف عن كل من بُعد منظور الزمن السائد ومستويات الصحة النفسية، وإيجاد العلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات لدى عينة من طلبة الجذع المشترك علوم تكنولوجية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، مع دراسة الفروق بين الطلبة فيما يخُص منظور الزمن السائد ومستويات الصحة النفسية في ضوء متغيري الجنس ونظام الإقامة، حيث استخدمت الدراسة قائمة زمباردو لمنظور الزمن (1999) ومقياس غولدبيرغ للصحة النفسية، واللذان طُبقا على عينة عشوائية منتظمة بلغت 209 طالبا وطالبة، ولمعالجة بيانات فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحُزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية، وكانت النتائج كالآتي: - بُعد منظور الزمن السائد لدى طلبة الجذع المشترك علوم تكنولوجية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، هو الماضي الايجابي. - يتمتع طلبة عينة الدراسة بمستويات من الصحة النفسية تراوحت بين المستوى المنخفض والمستوى المتوسط مع توزيع أغلب الطلبة في المستوى المتوسط للصحة النفسية. - لا توجد علاقة بين مستويات بُعدي الماضي السلبي والماضي الايجابي بأي من مستويات الصحة النفسية. - توجد علاقة بين مستويات أبعاد منظور الزمن: الحاضر الممتع و الحاضر الحتمي و المستقبل مع مستويات الصحة النفسية. - لا توجد فروق تُعزى للجنس ونظام الإقامة في التوجه نحو أبعاد: الماضي الايجابي والماضي السلبي والحاضر الممتع والحاضر الحتمي، في حين توجد فروق لصالح الطالبات غير المقيمات في الحي الجامعي إذا ما قورنت بالذكور غير المقيمين بالحي الجامعي في الاتجاه نحو بعد المستقبل.

The aim of the present study is to explore the relationship between the time perspectives (TPs) and mental health among a random sample of university students’ (N=209). Zimbardo 56 items ZTPI questionnaire and Goldberg Mental Health Scales were applied. Results show that students exhibit past positive perspective. Our sample shows levels of mental health ranging from low to middle level with the majority of students at the intermediate level. No correlation between past negative, past positive at any level of mental health while present fatalistic, present hedonistic, future and levels of mental health are correlated. There are no differences due to sex and the type of residence in the direction of time perspectives (past positive, past negative, and present fatalistic), while there are differences in favor of female non-residents in the university district compared with male non-residents according to future perspective.
