Abstract

Since the equation of the Middle East is mainly concentrated in the current period between the two main parties, Iran and the GCC countries, at the regional level, and since regional and even international strategic security is linked to the development of the relationship between them, we will focus in this study on the process and The development of the Iranian-Gulf relations between the concepts of strategic balance and security theory of both shores, through studying the determinants of the Iranian-Gulf relations, namely the geographic factor and the specific neighborhood between them, in addition to the influence of foreign policy and trends governing the two parties. The impact of the regional variables on the strategic policies of the parties, especially highlighting the developments on the Arab level after the revolutions witnessed by the region under the project of the new Middle East, and finally the theory of Iranian security Gulf and the future of the region and the options before Iran and the Gulf countries without ignoring the stakeholders and Controlling the course of relationships.
