الاوراسية الجديدة في فكر الكسندر دوغين واثرها على عقيدة الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد أهم التيارات الفكرية التي تقف وراء سياسات الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على إشكالية مدى تأثير الأوراسية الجديدة للجيوبوليتيكي الروسي ألكسندر دوغين على عقيدة الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين، وأستعنا للإجابة على هاته الإشكالية بمجموعة من المناهج والمقاربات النظرية منها المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، تحليل المضمون، تقنية بناء السيناريوهات والنظرية الواقعية، النظرية الجيوبوليتيكية، وقسمنا الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول تناولنا فيها أهم أفكار الكسندر دوغين وإستراتيجية روسيا في فترات حكم بوتين خاصة منها ذات التوجه الأوراسي، كما تعرضنا إلى الصعوبات التي تقف دون تحقيق روسيا لطموحاتها الأوراسية، كما حاولنا إعطاء أفاق للأوراسية الجديدة مستقبلا وذلك من خلال سيناريوهات لمستقبل روسيا الأوراسية. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من الإستنتاجات منها:  الأوراسية الجديدة لدوغين تعتبر أن روسيا لا هي من الشرق ولا الغرب ويجب أن تقف في وجه الهيمنة الغربية وهي الطريق الأنسب لعودة أمجاد روسيا.  كان لوصول الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين دورا مهما في تبني التوجهات الأوراسية.  في ظل الظروف الراهنة لروسيا والهيمنة الأمريكية وكذا صعود قوى إقليمية كالصين ليس بإمكان روسيا أن تفرض هيمنتها وإنما بإمكانها إعادة توازن القوى في النظام الدولي من جديد./

Abstract This study aimed to identify one of the most important intellectual currents behind the policies of President Vladimir Putin, by answering the problematic of how the new Eurasia of Russian geopolitcian Alexander Dugin affect the doctrine of President Vladimir Putin, We have tried to answer this problematic with a set of methods and theoretical approaches and approaches Including descriptive analytical approach, content analysis, scenario-building technique, realism theory, geopolitical theory, We divided the study into three chapters in which we discussed the most important ideas of Alexander Dugin and the strategy of Russia in the periods of Putin's rule, especially those of Eurasian orientation, We have also been exposed to the difficulties that prevent Russia from achieving its Eurasian ambitions, We also tried to give prospects for new Eurasia in the future through scenarios for the future of Eurasian Russia. The study reached a number of conclusions, including:  Dugin's new Eurasian view is that Russia is neither the East nor the West and must stand in the face of Western hegemony and is the most appropriate way to return the glories of Russia.  The arrival of President Vladimir Putin has played an important role in the adoption of Eurasian tendencies.  In the current circumstances of Russia and American hegemony, as well as the rise of regional powers such as China, Russia can not impose its hegemony, but can re-balance the forces in the international order.

Cette étude visait à identifier l'un des courants intellectuels les plus importants derrière les politiques du président Vladimir Poutine, en répondant à la problématique de la façon dont la nouvelle Eurasie du géopoliticien russe Alexandre Dugin affectait la doctrine du président Vladimir Poutine. un ensemble de méthodes et d'approches et approches théoriques Y compris l'approche analytique descriptive, l'analyse de contenu, la technique de construction de scénarios, la théorie du réalisme, la théorie géopolitique, Nous avons divisé l'étude en trois chapitres. L'étude a abouti à un certain nombre de conclusions, notamment:  -New La nouvelle vision eurasienne de Dugin est que la Russie n'est ni l'Est ni l'Ouest et doit faire face à l'hégémonie occidentale et constitue le moyen le plus approprié pour rendre la gloire de la Russie.  -L'arrivée du président Vladimir Poutine a joué un rôle important dans l'adoption des tendances eurasiennes.  Dans les circonstances actuelles de la Russie et de l'hégémonie américaine, ainsi que de la montée des puissances régionales comme la Chine, la Russie ne peut imposer son hégémonie, mais peut rééquilibrer les forces de l'ordre international.
