مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة الجامعين بجامعة ورقلة(أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية- نموذجا)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى كشف مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى اساتذة المعهد علوم وتقنيات النشطات البدنية والرياضية في المجتمع الجزائري , والظروف المهنية التي يؤدي فيها عمله ومعرفة مدى استعدادته وقدراته ومدى تكيفه مع مهنة التعليم و تقبله لها ومستوى رضاه عنها .وقد تم صياغة الاشكالية كالتالي : ماهي مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لاساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية و واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي للوصول الى فروض البحث والتي تضمنت توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لاختلاف الجنس . توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لخبرة التدريس في المعهد علوم تقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية , وتمثلت عينة البحث (23 استاذ ) واعتمدنا على اداتين (مقياس رضا الوظيفي وسلم مستوى الاداء )واستعملنا النسب المئوية و التكرارت ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وسيبرمان والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري في التحليل الاحصائي, و استنتجنا انه يوجد مستوى معين من الرضا الوظيفي لدى اساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في حين نوصي بالعمل على رعاية الاساتذة , وتقدير ظروفهم واحترام عطائهم لما يحقق لهم مكانة اجتماعية و اقتصادية مناسبة من اجل تحسين لاداء لديهم.

The study aimed to detect the level of job satisfaction among teachers Institute of Science and Technology active physical and sports in Algerian society, the conditions of professional where his lead and see how their preparations and abilities and their adaptation to the teaching profession and accepted them and level of satisfaction with them. The has been formulated the dilemma as follows: What are the levels of satisfaction Career Masters Institute for Science and techniques of physical and sports activities, and we used the descriptive approach to get to the research hypotheses, which included no statistically significant differences attributable to gender differences. There are statistically significant due to the experience of teaching at the Institute of physical and sports activities techniques Science differences, and represented the research sample (23 professor) and we relied on two tools (job satisfaction scale peace and blessings performance level) and we used percentages and Altkart and Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearmen and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation in statistical analysis and we have concluded that there is a certain level of job satisfaction among teachers Institute of Science and techniques of physical and sports activities While we recommend working to take care of the Masters, and appreciation and respect for their giving their circumstances to bring them social status and economic opportunity in order to improve the performance of their
