| Abstract: | In this study, we examine the nature of the relationship between two different constitutional institutions: the State Council and the Constitutional Council. The first is a supervisory body of the administrative judiciary, and the second is a supervisory body of the constitutional judiciary, and their role in the controlling of legal texts. |
