Abstract: The study aimed at revealing the attitudes of the guidance and guidance counselors on vocational and psychological guidance for the general and technological secondary education students in the state of Ouargla during the academic year 2017-2018. The sample included 30 advisors and advisors from different specialties, ranging from 5 to 10 years, where the descriptive approach was adopted for the study and after conducting the field study, the results of the study were as follows: - There are no statistically significant differences between the directions of guidance counselors and vocational guidance on the psychological and educational accompaniment in the secondary education institutions according to the different seniority and different academic specialization. The study concluded with a number of suggestions and recommendations.
