Abstract: The Algerian legislature has stiessed the worker’s right to collective negociation, thismechanismcreated by the international conventions in order to upgrade working conditions by urgingworkers and employers to search for compromise solutions thatwillimprove the living standards of workers and upgrade the performance of theirworkamid a favorable environment conditions. The collective negociation technique plays a prominentrole in providing a legalrulesthatapply to individual and collective labor relations. It isalso a consensualmeans of bringing the views of workers and theirrepresentatives on the one hand and employers and theirrepresentatives on the other.
