دور الفيسبوك في التحسيس بقضايا التنمية المحلية لدى الشباب الجامعي دراسة وصفية لعينة من طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الذي يلعبه موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك في التحسيس والتعريف بقضايا التنمية المحلية لدى الشباب في ورقلة، وللوصول إلى النتائج الخاصة بالدراسة. تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: "كيف يساهم الفيسبوك في التحسيس بقضايا التنمية؟" وللإجابة على هذا السؤال، تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية والتي كانت كما يلي:  ما هي مختلف الدوافع التي تجعل شباب ولاية ورقلة يستخدمون الفيسبوك في الاطلاع على قضايا التنمية؟  ما هي أهم المشاريع والقضايا التنموية التي يساهم الفيسبوك في التحسيس بها؟  ما هي القضايا التنموية المتداولة بكثرة والتي تحظى باهتمام المجتمع المحلي بولاية ورقلة؟ والإجراءات المنهجية التي تم استخدامها في هذه الدراسة تمثلت في المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،وتم اختيار العينة القصدية والتي تكونت من 65 مفردة لطلبة الثانية ماستر في قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة،وقد تم الاعتماد في عملية جمع المعلومات على أداتي الملاحظة واستمارة ألاستبيان التي صممت ثم وزعت على أفراد العينة،وقد تمت معالجة المعلومات والنتائج بالأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في التكرارات والنسب المئوية وكذا الرسومات البيانية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفيسبوك يلعب دورا أساسيا في نقل الأخبار والمعلومات حول كل مايخص ولاية ورقلة في مجال التنمية،من خلال الصفحات المتخصصة بالمنطقة بصفة عامة،وبذلك هو يساهم بطريقة مباشرة في التحسيس والتعريف بالقضايا التنموية المحلية بالنسبة لشباب

Our research aimed to know the role that Facebook plays in spreading awareness and introducing the local developement issues to Ouargla’s youth, And to reach some results through this study. The research main question that we proposed was: « How does Facebook help in development awareness ? » To answer this question, A 3 of sub-questions were based on and which were as the following:  What are the various reasons that make youngsters of Ouargla use Facebook to look over development issues ?  What are the most essential development projects and issues that Facebook contributes to sensibilization ?  What are the most popular development issues that atracts Ouargla society attention ? We choose 65 students of second year master sciences of information and communication department at Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla as a sample. Various methods were used to collecting data which based on both observation and questionnair that were distrebuted to the sample‘s members. Data was analysed by statistical means that appear as frequencies and percentages, In addition to graphics. Finally our research paper lead to this result: Facebook has an essential role in transfering data and the latest Ouargla's city news that concerning develoment field depending on certain famous pages of Ouargla in general. It contributes directly to awareness and determining the local development issues to young people.
