التغيرات الاجتماعية لدور المرأة وعلاقتها بتنشئة الأبناء دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة الأم و الطفل بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف تأثير التغيرات الاجتماعية لدور المرأة بتنشئة الأبناء ، وتضم الدراسة ثلاث فصول : المدخل العام للدراسة ، و الإجراءات المنهجية لها و الإطار الميداني ، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة شملت (50) امرأة عاملة متزوجة و لديها أطفال ، اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،واستخدمت الملاحظة و الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات التي شملت (30) سؤالا موزعة على أربعة محاور : البيانات الشخصية ، أسئلة حول تغير الدور الاجتماعي للمرأة، و أسئلة حول تغير الدور الثقافي للمرأة، و أسئلة حول تغير الدور التربوي للمرأة، وبعد اختبار الفرضيات توصلنا إلى أنه: 1/ يؤثر تغير الدور الاجتماعي للمرأة على تنشئة الأبناء . 2/ يؤثر تغير الدور الثقافي للمرأة على تنشئة الأبناء . 3/ يؤثر تغير الدور الثقافي للمرأة على تنشئة الأبناء . وهذا يعني تحقق الفرضية العامة المتمثلة في:" هناك أدوار جديدة للمرأة في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية في تنشئة أبنائها " الكلمات المفتاحية : التغير الاجتماعي ، الدور ، المرأة العاملة ، التنشئة الاجتماعية .

This study aims at uncovering the effect of social changes on the role of women in the upbringing of children. The study includes three chapters: the general introduction of the study, methodological procedures and the field framework. The study was conducted on a sample of 50 working women married with children, The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, which included 30 questions on four topics: personal data, questions about changing the social role of women, questions about changing the cultural role of women, questions about changing the educational role of women. That: 1 / Changing the social role of women affects the upbringing of children. 2 / Changing the cultural role of women affects the upbringing of children. 3 / Changing the cultural role of women affects the upbringing of children. This means realizing the general premise: "Are there new roles for women in light of the social changes in the upbringing of their children?"
