Valorisation de deux plantes médicinales algériennes

Abstract

ؤla variété en molécules biochimiques donne une grande importance pour les huiles essentielles surtout dans le domaine thérapeutique, l’objectif de ce travail est de démontrer l’efficacité d’une l’huile essentielle fraichement extraite d’une plante algérienne appartenant à la famille des Lamiacae et une autre du Sud Algérien . L’extraction de l’huile essentielle a été effectuée via Clevenger. L’analyse physico-chimique telle que l’indice d’acide, l’indice de refraction et la densité ont été éffectués au niveau de notre laboratoire. L’activité biologique a été effectuée. L’effet antioxydant montre une faible activité et l’activité antibactérienne a donné un résultat négatif par rappport aux souches utilisées

the variety in biochemical molecules gives a great importance for the essential oils especially in the therapeutic field, the aim of this work is to demonstrate the effectiveness of an essential oil freshly extracted from an Algerian plant belong to the family of Lamiacae and another one of southern Algeria. The extraction of the essential oil was done via Clevenger. Physico-chemical analysis such as acid number, refractive index and density were carried out at the faculty laboratory level. The antioxidant activity has show a weak effect. However, the antibacterial activity gave a negative result compared to the strains used.

يعطي التنوع في الجزيئات الكيميائية الحيوية أهمية كبيرة للزيوت األساسية و خاصة في المجال العالجي، والهدف من هذا ً العمل هو إثبات فعالية الزيوت األساسية المستخرجة ا حديث من نبات ماخوذ من شمال الجزائر و آخر من من جنوبها حيث تم استخالص الزيوت منهما باالعتماد على جهاز كليفانجر . تم إجراءالتحليل الفيزيائي الكيميائي مثل رقم الحمض ومؤشر االنكسار و الكثافة على مستوى مختبر الكلية. و اقيمت دراسة النشاط البيولوجي و التي تمثلت في النشاط المضاد لالكسدة و التي اعطت نشاط ضعيف و اجري ايضا االختبار المضاد للبكتيريا و الذي اعطانا نتيجة سلبية بالنسبة للعينات المجربة .
