علاقة كفايات التدريس لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية باتجاههم نحو العقاب البدني في حصة التربية البدنية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مستويات كفايات التدريس لذى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وتحديد طبيعة اتجاهاتهم نحو العقاب البدني في الحصة، والعلاقة بينهما بمتوسطات دائرة تقرت لولاية ورقلة، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لجمع البيانات الخاصة بعينة مكونة من 45 أستاذ اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع قدرة 54 أستاذ للسنة الدراسية 2018/2019، واستعمل الباحث مقياس كفايات التدريس ومقياس الاتجاه نحو العقاب حيث البدني وتوصل إلى وجود مستوى عالى من كفايات التدريس لذى أفراد العينة وكانت اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو العقاب البدني محايد، وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كفايات التدريس والاتجاه نحو العقاب البدني لذى أفراد العينة.

:The case of study aimed to learning about the levels of teaching competencies of teachers who belongs to the sport to specified their tendency towards physical punishments towards sport classes and its relations between them of middle school at Touggert district of Ouargla while the researcher had used the descriptive attachment method to collect a specific information formed sampler of 45 teachers they selected in random way amount community of 54 teachers of Academic year 2018/2019 the researcher had used a standard competence for teaching and for direction through physical punishment he get to find a high level of teaching competence with individual sampler. The trends teachers of sport towards neutral physical punishment and none existing relation of significant statistical among teaching competence and direction through physical punishment to the individual sampler
