Abstract: Under the legal and regulatory texts, the Algerian legislator regulates the right to inform the consumer, which is committed to implementing economic aid due to the importance of this right as the main pillar of the economic circle. This right gives greater transparency to commercial practices and protects consumers from cheating or deceiving economic aid, Where the Algerian legislator required the economic agents to inform the consumer of all real information, non-deceptive and misleading, and all related to the products and services and the circumstances of the contract, so that the consumer can take the decision he deems appropriate for the contract.
