dc.description.abstractEnter your abstract This study aimed at exploring the Contribution of the School Learning Environment and attitude towards teaching profession in Predicting the Self-Efficacy for Teachers of Primary Education.The study sample consisted of (348) teacher, After data collection and statistical processing using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression coefficient, The results showed that there is a correlation between the variables of the study, and that all of the school learning environment and attitude towards teaching profession that explained (5.4%) of the total variation in self-efficacy. The study concluded with many recommendations related to the results of the studyen_US
