Abstract

Public sphere in age of the digital try to get the social and political socialization in process and order to the culture of citizenship through training citizens to participate and compiling interests and express them, and to prepare the political and trade union cadres, and helped to the emergence of digital citizenship, which tried to promote the traditional public sphere and fight corruption, and enhances their proposals and their quest for participation in community issues and citizenship issues, and develop the relationship of the citizen in his public sphere, and push up the digital citizenship to get more interactive relations incentive to promote civic participation, by facilitating access to information.
