Étude de l’impacte du méthanol comme inhibiteur de formation des hydrates (Unité GPL2- HASSI-MESSAOUD)

Abstract

L’exploitation du GPL est heurtée à des difficultés liées au bouchage des conduites par dépôts des hydrates (formation des bouchons). Pour éviter ce problème, et dans le cadre de notre étude à la SONATRACH, nous essayons de déterminer les conditions qui constituent ces bouchons. Ce travail a été réalisé sur l’unité GPL2 de la région de HASSI-MESSAOUD, une unité qui a connu de problèmes de formation d’hydrates lesquels ont provoqués la perturbation de la production de GPL. L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudier les conditions de formation et stabilité d’hydrates et d’établir la courbe de formation d’hydrates déterminant les zones de sécurité permettant aux exploitants de travailler en dehors de ces conditions au cours de l’exploitation. Aussi il a été étudié l’influence d’inhibiteur méthanol sur la température de formation et stabilité d’hydrates et déterminé la quantité nécessaire de l’inhibiteur Méthanol pour empêcher la formation d’hydrates dans la section cryogénique au cours de la production.

LPG operations encountered difficulties with pipeline obstruction by hydrate deposits (forming plugs). To avoid this problem, and as part of our study atà SONATRACH, we try to determine the conditions that constitute these plugs. This work was done on the LPG2 unit located in the HASSI-MESSAOUD area, a unit that has encountered hydrate formation problems, resulting in an interruption in production. The objective of this work is to study hydrate formation and stability conditions and to establish a hydrate formation curve that defines safety zones allowing operators to operate outside of these conditions during exploitation. The effect of methanol inhibitor on composition temperature and hydrate stability and quantification of methanol inhibitor were also investigated to prevent hydrate formation in the cooled section during production.

واجه استغلال غاز البترول المسال صعوبات تتعلق بانسداد الأنابيب بواسطة رواسب هيدرات (تكوين سدادات). لتجنب هذه المشكلة ، نحاول في دراستنا التي انجزناها في شركة سونطراك تحديد الشروط التي تشكل هذه المقابس. تم تنفيذ هذا العمل على وحدة GPL2 (الغاز البترولي المميع 2) في منطقة حاسي مسعود، وهي وحدة واجهت مشاكل في تكوين الهيدرات مما تسبب في تعطيل الإنتاج. الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة تكوين الهيدرات وظروف ثباتها وإنشاء منحنى تشكيل الهيدرات الذي يحدد مناطق الأمان التي تسمح للمشغلين بالعمل خارج هذه الظروف خلال الاستغلال. كما تم دراسة تأثير مثبط الميثانول على درجة حرارة التكوين واستقرار الهيدرات وتحديد الكمية اللازمة من مثبط الميثانول لمنع تكوين هيدرات في القسم المبرد أثناء الإنتاج.
