Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of adoption of cloud computing on the job performance of employees, and for the purpose of answering the problem of the study we have identified the reality of adoption of cloud computing in 2A Insurance based on the case study, interview and questionnaire, where the questionnaire was distributed to a deliberate sample of the frameworks of the institution and its officials. 49 questionable questionnaires.After the statistical processing of the questionnaire and using the statistical package program spss in its version 23 and test the hypotheses of the study were reached a number of results, the most important of which is a statistically significant effect between adoption of cloud computing and improving the performance of employees in the institution of 2a estimated at 51 percent, and that cloud computing ensures the connection of the institution Reducing the burdens and costs of acquiring and updating IT infrastructure and programs and ensuring constant communication between the heads and subordinates of the organization, Mann processing and delivery of information in a timelymanner.
