Etude des caractéristiques d'un bitume pur modifié par PVC

Abstract

الظروف المناخية السائدة في جنوب الجزائر لها تأثير سلبي على البنية الهيكلية للطرق إذ تسبب اضطرابات كبيرة كالتشققات الطولية منها والعرضية وكذا ظهور هبوطات في الطبقات السطحية، كما أن الزفت المستخدم في تكوين الخرسانة الإسفلتية حساس لدرجات حرارة الصيف المرتفعة والتباين اليومي في درجة الحرارة. يهدف هذا العمل إلى معرفة تأثير متعدد كلوريد الفينيل المستعمل في صناعة الأنابيب البلاستيكية على سلوك الزفت النقي وهذا من خلال إجراء بعض من التجارب والتي تتمثل في الاختراق، TBA, Force ductilité, وكذا تأثير هذا الزفت المعدل بمتعدد كلوريد الفينيل على الخلطة الإسفلتية من خلال إجراء اختبارات كل من مارشال، densité, اذ يتم اجراء هذه الاختبارات على عينات مختلفة بحيث تحدد نسب التعديل الخاصة لكل عينة. وبالاعتماد على النتائج المتحصل عليها قبل إضافة متعدد كلوريد الفينيل ومقارنتها بالنتائج المتحصل عليها بعد إضافته في كل تجربة يتم تحديد طبيعة سلوك الزفت، واستخلاص نسبة التعديل المثلى لهاته المادة

Les conditions climatiques prévalant dans le sud algérien ont un impact négatif sur la structure des routes, provoquant des perturbations majeures telles que des fissures longitudinales et transversales, ainsi que des dépressions dans les couches superficielles, Le bitume utilisé dans la formation de béton bitumineux est sensible aux températures estivales élevées et aux variations de température journalières. Le but de ce travail est de connaître l’effet du polychlorure de vinyle (PVC) sur le comportement du bitume pur en effectuant certaines expériences, telles que la pénétration, le TBA, la force de ductilité, ainsi que l’effet de ce bitume modifié sur le mélange d’asphalte au moyen de tests. De marshal, densité, puisque ces tests sont effectués sur différents échantillons pour déterminer les ratios d'ajustement spécifiques pour chaque échantillon. Sur la base des résultats obtenus avant l'addition de PVC et comparés aux résultats obtenus après l'addition de chaque expérience, la nature du comportement du bitume est déterminée et le pourcentage de modification acceptable déterminé.

The climatic conditions prevailing in southern Algeria have a negative impact on the road structure, causing major disturbances such as longitudinal and transverse cracks, as well as depressions in the superficial layers. The bitumen used in the formation of bituminous concrete is sensitive at high summer temperatures and daily temperature changes. The purpose of this work is to know the effect of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) on the behavior of pure bitumen by performing some experiments, such as penetration, TBA, ductility strength, as well as the effect of this modified bitumen on the asphalt mix by means of tests: Marshal, density, since these tests are performed on different samples to determine the specific adjustment ratios for each sample. On the basis of the results obtained before the addition of PVC and compared with the results obtained after the addition of each experiment, the nature of the behavior of the bitumen is determined and the percentage of acceptable modification determined.
