| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work is the isolation and identification of certain bacterial strains that appear to have the ability to degrade glyphosate (Roundup); it is a herbicide of the organophosphorus family, in the waters of Sebkhet Sefioune of the wilaya of Ouargla commune of Ngoussa. The treated waste water samples have a pH between 7.32 and 7.46 it's neutral water, and an electrical conductivity of 7.44 to 10.04 ds / m, indicating salty water. These characteristics certainly favored a development of the bacterial microflora specific. Microbial analysis of these samples revealed the presence of seven isolated and identified strains affiliated with the genera Serratia, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus and Erwinia. These bacterial genera exhibit variability in their growth kinetics indicating significant development in the presence of glyphosate. In this context, these bacteria can use the tested pesticide as a single source of carbon and energy, and therefore contribute to a possible application in dépollution and bioremediation. | - |
