القيم السياسية في فكر مالك بن نبي بين الاطروحات الغربية و الإسلامية

Abstract

عتبر القيم السياسية بمثابة المرجع لقياس الأفكار و المبادئ المترابطة بتطور العالم السياسي ،وتختلف هذه القيم من مجتمع لآخر حسب اختلاف الثقافة السياسية لأنها نابعة من ثقافة المجتمع ،فهي إذن فعل اجتماعي مقبول و ثابت نسبيا و ذو صفة معيارية في توجيه السلوك السياسي للأفراد و الجماعات بهدف إشباع حجاتهم بطريقة جماعية . و ما يمكن ملاحظته اليوم على صعيد الممارسات السياسية ،تسليط الضوء على القيم السياسية الغربية بل وتعدته إلى العولمة ،بالمقابل يلاحظ تنحي الأضواء على القيم السياسية الإسلامية ،علما بآن الدين الإسلامي جاء بعدة قيم و مبادئ فريدة تشمل مختلف مناحي الحياة وقد تبين ذلك من خلال الممارسات السياسة و تحكيم العقل الذي صاحبته الدعوة الإسلامية التي حملت الخير للناس و قدمت قيم سياسية تولدت عنها أعظم حضارة في تاريخ البشرية. بالإضافة إلى أن الدين الإسلامي لم يكن عقيدة فحسب بل كان نظام كامل متكامل و السيرة نفسها تركت المجال مفتوح للتجديد و التعديل بما يتوافق و المعطيات الراهنة ،لذلك كان من الضروري على العقل المسلم أن يعمل على مواجهة التحديات الواقعية القاهرة في تأثيرها الضاغطة في تعددها و تشعبها ،لكن ما يلاحظ اليوم على الفكر السياسي الإسلامي ،أنه ليس تفكيرا هادئا منطلقا من ذاته ساعيا لتحقيق أهدافه الخاصة به بل صار فكرا مفعولا به وفيه و ليس فعلا فاعلا تحدد و تشكل ردود أفعال و ليست المبادرات الذاتية ، هذا مجمل ما يميز الفكر السياسي الإسلامي إلا أن في طياته هناك بوادر لاتجاه يمكننا أن نعتبره بداية تأصيل حقيقية لمدرسة في علم السياسية على قواعد إسلامية تبناها بعض الأكاديميين و كانت لهم محاولة جادة لتجديد القيم و المؤسسات التي وجدت في التاريخ الإسلامي من خلال إعادة تعريفها و ملئها بمعاني و دلالات تتصف مع العصر الحاضرThe political values are considered in relation to thoughts and principles according to the political world evaluation. Those values are different from one society to another in accordance to background issued from one the knowledge of the society. It is, then, real factpartiably acquired with relative aspect in the political behaviour of men and society for satisfaction of their needs by common mean. To day what we should notice as far as political practices are concerned, is the light projection on the occidental political values which reach to globalization .In comparison with the Islamic ones which get out of the way of the knowledge. Knowing that the Islamic religion gave birth to numerous and unique values and principles gathering different aspects of life. This clearly appears through the political practices and the mastering of good sense, brought by the Islamic call. This call bore the well-being to humanity and presented political values that gave birth to the most an accomplished civilization in human history. Knowing that the Islamic religion is not only a rule but also a perfect organization of the behaviour. It let the opportunity to revivals and revision in accordance to the present data. It was indispensable, in these circumstances for the Islamic thought to act in regard of concrete and constraining challenges. However, what we notice today is neither a rational thought nor open minded and not acting to achieve its own purposes. It became a manipulated idea ineffective, reluctant to react and annihilating any individual initiative. This, what represents the Islamic political thought but does not exempt to take initiatives as the beginning of concert teaching of political science according to the Islamic rules. Some academicians have adopted this way and did their best to renew the formal values and institutions adapting them to the present time.
