Abstract: Work pressures have become a manifestation of practical life that can’t be avoided .As a result of the cognitive and technological explosion, the worker has to produce more and work longer to maintain his job, which puts him in the face of professional pressures imposed by the regulatory environment, without forgetting the impact of the personal pressures that he carries with him from his society which caused negatives impacts, for this reason work pressures became like a silent killer or a ticking bomb ,because it crystallizes and grows within the individual gradually becoming an integral part of his life, explode when the struggle rising between employee's personal and organizational goals. Although these pressures vary from one employee to another, but low levels of efficiency and productivity, increased absenteeism and dropout rates, low satisfaction and job performance are among the most significant effects of these pressures
