Evaluation du risque microbiologique de certains produits cosmétiques ‘Cas des shampooings’

Abstract

Les shampooings sont, avec les gels douche, les produits cosmétiques les plus consommés. Face à cet engouement, une industrie nationale des cosmétiques se multiplie pour suivre la progression de la demande. Le contrôle microbiologique est un des alliés incontournables de cette industrie. Dans cette optique, une vingtaine d’échantillons de shampooings à usage adultes et bébés, a fait l’objet d’analyses réalisées aux laboratoires de contrôle de qualité et répression des fraudes, Ouargla et unité El Oued.Les résultats physico- chimiques soulignent pour 50 % des échantillons, un taux en matière active anionique insuffisant et un pH inférieur à la limite indiquée par la norme algérienne. Le volet microbiologique rapporte la non-conformité aux normes en vigueur pour 40% des échantillons, due à l’abondance de la flore aérobie mésophile. Dans 15% des échantillons, une flore fongique nettement supérieure aux seuils fixés par les normes est rapportée. L’absence des germes pathogènes à l’exception de Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolé dans 15%des échantillons est à déplorer. Ces résultats renseignent d’une mauvaise maitrise des techniques de fabrication, pour certains industriels qui doivent se conformer aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication

Shampoos are, together with shower gels, the most widely used cosmetic products. Faced with this craze, a national cosmetics industry is multiplying to keep up with the growth in demand. Microbiological control is one of the essential allies of this industry. With this in mind, about twenty samples of shampoos for adults and babies have been analysed in the quality control and fraud repression laboratories, Ouargla and El Oued unit. The physico-chemical results highlighted for 50% of the samples, an insufficient level of active anionic matter and a pH lower than the limit indicated by the Algerian standard. The microbiological section reports non-compliance with the standards in force for 40% of the samples, due to the abundance of mesophilic aerobic flora. In 15% of the samples, a fungal flora well above the thresholds set by the standards is reported. The absence of pathogenic germs with the exception of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in 15% of the samples is to be deplored. These results indicate a poor mastery of manufacturing techniques for certain manufacturers who must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices

الشامبو، إلى جانب جل الاستحمام، من أكثر منتجات التجميل استهلاكًا. في مواجهة هذا الحماس، تتكاثر صناعة مستحضراتالتجميل الوطنية لمتابعة تطور الطلب. يعد التحليلالميكروبيولوجي أحد الحلفاء الأساسيين لهذه الصناعة. مع أخذ ذلك في الاعتبار، تم تحليل حوالي عشرين عينة من الشامبو للبالغين والأطفال في مخبر مراقبة الجودة والنوعية وقمع الغش، وحدة ورقلة والوادي. كد النتائج التؤكيميائية لـفيزيو50٪ من العينات، على معدل غير كاف ٍ للمادة الفعالة الأنيونية ودرجة حموضة أقل من الحد المشار إليه في المواصفة القياسية الجزائرية. يشير الجانب الميكروبيولوجي إلى عدم الامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها في40٪ من العينات، بسبب وفرة الجراثيم الهوائية.في15٪ من العينات، تم تسجيل جراثيم فطرية تفوق العتبات التي حددتها المعايير. عدم وجود مسببات الأمراض باستثناء الزائفة الزنجارية المعزولة في15٪ من العينات. تشير هذه النتائج إلى عدم إتقان لتقنيات التصنيع، كات المصنعة التي يجب أن تمتثل لممارسات التلبعض الشرصنيع الجيد
