ظاهرة الدولة العميقة في البلدان العربية دراسة حالة مصر 2011/2018

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تتناول الدراسة التي بين أيدينا ظاهرة الدولة العميقة ، وهي من المواضيع ذات الأهمية البالغة خاصة بعد ثورات الربيع العربي حيث تم تداولها بكثرة إعلاميا ،من خلال تصريحات المسؤولين وحديثهم عن قوى تكبلهم وتحول بينهم و مهامهم . ومصر كغيرها من الدول لم تكن بمنئ عن هذه الظاهرة حيث اعتمدت هذه الأخيرة على استراتجية الثورة المضادة حفاظا على مصالحها ، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على هذه الظاهرة –الدولة العميقة – وسلوكها عموما و بمصر خصوصا قبل ثورة يونيو 2013 وبعدها . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدولة العميقة تؤثر وتتأثر بالأنظمة الحاكمة كما أنها على استعداد للإطاحة برؤوس الأنظمة السياسية الحاكمة ووضع أخرى تخدم مصالحها

Abstract : The study before us addresses the deep phenomenon of the State and It is a very important topic Especially after the Arab Spring revolutions, where they have traded widely for media. Especially the officials' statements and their talk about hidden powers that will support them, turn them among themselves and seek them. Egypt, like other countries, was not interested in this phenomenon The latter relied on the anti-revolutionary strategic interests. The study was intended to identify this phenomenon -The deep state – and its behavior in Egypt before and after the June 2013 revolution. The study results showed that the deep state affects and is affected by the ruling regimes. It is also willing to overthrow the heads of the ruling political regimes and put them in place Others serve their interests .
