بيئة العمل النفسية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت ( دراسة ميدانية شركة كهريف–تقرت- )

Abstract

هدفت هده الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مستوى بيئة العمل النفسية لعمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت والكشف علي طبيعة العلاقة بين بيئة العمل النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لديهم ،ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في بيئة العمل النفسية لعمال شركة الكهريفبمدبنةتقرت تعزى إلى نوعية منصب العمل(الإداري والتقني) وإلى نوعية عقد العمل (.دائم و مؤقت). وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60 )عامل، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد علي المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وذالك باستخدام استبيان بيئة العمل النفسية واستبيان الأداء الوظيفي من إعداد الباحث وقد تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية، ولمعالجة البيانات تم الاعتماد علي الأساليب الإحصائية التالية : (المتوسطات الحسابية ،الانحرافات المعيارية ،النسب المئوية ، معامل بيرسون للارتباط، اختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss) وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التإلىة: ـ مستوى بيئة العمل النفسية لعمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت مرتفع. ـ توجد علاقة بين بيئة العمل النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لدي عمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت. ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل النفسية لدي عمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير منصب العمل(إداري ـ تقني). ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل النفسية لدى عمال شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير عقد العمل(دائم ـ مؤقت). وقد نوقشت نتائج هده الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة ،وختمت بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات الموجهة للباحتين وأصحاب القرار في شركة الكهريف بمدينة تقرت.

This study aimed to identify the level of thepsychologicialworkenvironmentof the workers of the AL-Kahrif company in the city of the Touggourt and to reveal thenature ofthe relationship between thepsychologicalwork environment andtheirfunctionalperformance and to find out whether there are differences in the psycohologicialwork environment of the workers of the AL KAHRIEF company in the city of Touggourt toattributesof the quality of the position of the work(the administrative and technical) and the quality of the work contact(permanent and temporary).The study sample consisted of (60) workersand in order to achieve the odjectives of the study a descriptive approach was used to collect data and information,using the psychological work questionnaire environment and job performance questionnaire prepared by the researcher.From their psychometric properties, and to process the data following statistical methods were used:(arithmeticaverages, standard deviations ,percentages and Pearson correlation coefficient (T–test) for two independent groups) and that by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.-The psychological work of the worters of the AL-kahreif commpany in touggourt is high.-There is a relationship between the psychologicial work environment and the job performence of the Al-kahrif company workers.-There are no statistical significant differences between the psychological work environment of the Al-kahrif company workers in the city of Touggourt , due to the variable of the work position ( administrative-technical).-There are statistically sinificant differences between the psychologicial work environment of the workers of the Al-kahrif company workers in the city, which are attributted tothe variable of the work contact (permanent-temporary).The results of this study were discissed in lighit of hte theoretical side and some previous studies , and concluded by providing some suggestionsdirected to resarchers and decision-markers in the Al-kahrif company workers in the city
