dc.description.abstractThis study deal with the updated exceptional means of making public transactions through the electronic gateway. As it is considered as a legal development which is brought by the presidential decree No.15/274 within the framework of taking the most of the advantages of exchanging information available through the electronic gateway to make public transactions. Based on a descriptive analysis of the examination of article 206 to enable taking all the legal and subjective frameworks of the reversed electronic auction and catalogues. To conclude with clarifying the impact of the broad discretionary authority of the contractor’s interest for the exceptional contractual method, on principles which govern public transaction as it may violate the principle of competitionen_US
