Abstract: The Current study takes into consideration the designing and rationing of the classes problems scale on the newly employed primary school teachers at laghaout state for the sake of assessing the classes problems levels in particular fields like the problems related to the teacher, to the pupils (learners) to the syllabus, to the school administration and the problems related to the pupils parents. For that sake, this study aims at realizing that purpose using the descript we method to investigate the scale psychometric features, by limiting down the original community that reaches 382 teachers. IN order to respond on the study questions, data are collected and analyzed statistically depending on the SPSS 20 (the statistics package of social sciences by Employing the following statistical ways)Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, Bartlett test, KMO test, Evaluation competence scale. The Results are: The validity of the test was acceptable this was indicated by validity tests: Internal consistency validity,discriminant validity and factorial validity. The test demonstrated at satisfactions reliability in general, the reliability Varied from 0.69 to 0.86, the overall reliability amounted 0.88 while Cronbach coefficient to the dimensions varied between (0.58 and 0.77) the overall coefficient was at 0.86
