Abstract: This article aims at searching for cognitive and moral measures in the vision of contemporary Iranian thinker Daryush Shayegan (1935-2018) and his readings on the subject of religions and the possibility of coexistence and dialogue among them, by virtue of his specialization in the comparison of religions as well as the depth of knowledge of various aspects of human knowledge, he offers a deep, abstract look that recognizes that there is a metaphysical homogenization that links religions, despite the apparent differences in religions throughout history, and he emphasizes the existence of common ground between this latter that shows the existence of a stable organic unit in the same religion, thus establishing a religious truth transcendental cultural and linguistic differences that reveal the spiritual and mystical dimensions of the religion .
