Abstract

The subject of communication is considered one of the most important topics in the studies known to the social sciences,as it constitutes the main pillars , regardless of their nature or nature of their activity,so that it creates a part of mutual trust among its members and increases closeness and practical harmony and improves their performance. Communication hes become the main method in all institutions,and there is no doubt that informal communication is the focus of recent studies ,as it works to link social relations whithin the institution,wich is reflected positively on the level of its performance o the social service that it carries out with its external surroundings and following this proposal we tried through this sociological comparison ,linking the relationship between informal communication and trying to find out why there is not interest in the issues of communication methods and their types in our algerian institutions.
