Abstract: The Algerian industrial enterprises are considered newly established enterprises, they must use modern scientific methods to control the management of their production as required by the current economic conditions, and there are several scientific methods followed in this field, among them the quantitative methods which are considered one of the most important methods used by industrial enterprises In the last years. In this article, we aim to propose a mathematical model to solve the production management problem at "Elhidhab El Oulya" mills Corporation in Setif, with the aim of maximizing profits. In solving the proposed mathematical model, we use the WinQSB program to obtain a similar production plan. Through the study, it was concluded that the use of quantitative methods in the management of production increases the profitability of the Algerian industrial enterprises.
