Abstract

تهدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الهيكل التنظيمي لمؤسسة التلفزيون الجزائري،ومعرفة أسس الانتاج التلفزيوني ،وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة: مما تتكون مديرية الإنتاج بالمحطة الجهوية للتلفزيون الجزائري بورقلة ؟،مستخدمين في ذلك منهج دراسة الحالة ومعتمدين على اداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة. توصلت الدراسة الى ان مديرية الانتاج بالتلفزيون الجزائري بوبقلة لها طاقم خاص معظم الموظفين في تلك المؤسسة من مخرجين ، صحفيين، تقنيين..الخ. كما خلصت الى ان العملية الانتاجية في التلفزيون الجزائري ضئيلة جدا.

This study aimed to know the organizational structure of the Algerian Television Corporation, and to know the foundations of television production, and to answer the problem posed: What does the production directorate of the regional station of Algerian television in Ouargla consist of?, using the case study method and relying on the observation and interview tools. The study concluded that the production directorate of Algerian television Boukla has a special staff, most of the employees in that institution are directors, journalists, technicians...etc. It also concluded that the production process in Algerian television is very small.
