Abstract: The study aims at studying the reality of primary school planning in the city ofSetif, and the planning foundations of its achievement, and the extent to which it achieves its distribution of urban planning goals, and the study is based on the comprehensive survey methodology of primary schools distributed among 15 residential sectors in Setif City, comparing the planning criteria defined in the network. The study concluded that: The city of Sétif suffers from a disarray of urban buildings in primary schools, as its distribution does not meet urban planning objectives because it does not take into account the quantitative and descriptive foundations of achievement, as well as the weak ability of local planners to estimate population density in the physical configuration scheme, and there are difficulties in identifying the requirements for educational facilities, as well as the length of the delivery process and its link to central sectoral programs.
