انعكاسات عمل المرأة على أدوارها الأسرية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الأستاذات المتزوجات في الطور الثانوي بمقاطعة تقرت (2020-2021)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في انعكاسات عمل المرأة على أدوارها الأسرية وخاصة السلوكيات الديمغرافية للنساء العاملات بقطاع التعليم الطور الثانوي بمقاطعة تقرت، وذالك من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من النساء العاملات بثانويات تقرت ،وقد توصلت الدراسة من خلال عرض وتحليل البيانات الخاصة بالأستاذات العاملات في جداول بسيطة والأخرى مركبة تحوي متغيرين، المتغير التابع والمترجم إلى (استخدام وسائل منع الحمل،عدد الأطفال المرغوب إنجابهم ،الرضاعة،العلاقة الزوجية)، والمتغير المستقل ممثلا ب (عدد ساعات العمل، الأقدمية في العمل، الدافع وراء الخروج للعمل)، ومن ثم اختبار الفرضيات إحصائيا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: لا يؤثر عمل المرأة على سلوكياتها الديمغرافية.

The study aims to research the reflecations of women’s work on their family rolres, especially the demographic behaviors of women working in the éducation sector in the secondary phase in Touggourt canton,through a Field study of sample of women working in secondary schools, Touggourt , and the study recacher th rough the presentation and analysais of the data of the female professors working in the tables simple and the other complex containing two veriable,the dependent and dependent veriable to(use of contraceptives,number of children to have,breast-feeding, marital relationship),and the independent veriable represented by (number of weekly working hours, seniority At work,the motive behind going out to work), and then statistically testing the hypothèses into a set of results, the most important of which are: womans Works does not affect their demographic behavior
