تحليل سلوكيات صغار المستثمرين عند إتخاذ قراراتهم الإستثمارية في أسواق الأوراق المالية دراسة إستطلاعية تحليلية في سوق تونس وسوق دبي للأوراق المالية

Abstract

تهدفهذهالدراسةإلى إختبار تأثير ومستويات تأثير العوامل السلوكية على سلوكيات صغار المستثمرين في أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف يتم إتخاذ مجموعة واسعة من العوامل السلوكية بإعتبارها التحيز الذي يعبر عن الحالة الشادة التي يمكن أن تؤثر على سلوكيات العديد من صغار المستثمرين ومنه تؤثر على قراراتهم الإستثمارية. إقتصرت عينة الدراسة على مجموعة من صغار المستثمرين - مستثمري الأسهم -التي تشارك في الأسواق المالية العربية – سوق تونس وسوق دبي للأوراق المالية - خلالالفترة ديسمبر 2018 – سبتمبر 2019. وبالتحديد الأسواق في الدول ذات ثقافة مالية. تم إختبار فرضيات الدراسة من خلال الإستبيانات الموزعة على صغار المستثمرين في السوقين التونسية والإماراتية. وتم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيSPSSv25. بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلات شبه منظمة مع بعض مسؤولي ومنظمي علاقات المستثمرين في كلا السوقين لأجل الفهم الأعمق لهذه السلوكيات. وقد خلصت النتائج في مجملها إلى وجود تفاوت في التأثير ؛ عدم وجود تأثير لعامل وسائل الإعلام والإحتياجات المالية على سلوكيات صغار المستثمرين. بينما توجد ستة عوامل لها تأثير على سلوكيات صغار المستثمرين تتمثل في : الأهداف والرغبات، النفور من الخسارة، النفور من الأسف، ظروف السوق، الجانب الديني، والمعلومات المالية. ووجود تأثير ضعيف لبقية العوامل المتمثلة في : الثقة المفرطة، النفور من المخاطرة، سلوك القطيع، التفاؤل المفرط، تفضيل الوضع الراهن والمحافظة عليه، تأثير الإستدلال، الجانب الأخلاقي، المشورةوالتوصية، والجانب الاجتماعي. أيضا تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود إختلافات جوهرية بين صغار المستثمرين في إنتهاج سلوكياتهم الإستثمارية حسب عامل السن والخبرة في الإستثمار. بينما ظهرت إختلافات طفيفة حسب عامل الجنس والسوق المستثمر فيه.

This study aims to examine the effect and levels of influence of behavioral factors on the behaviors of small investors in the Arab stock markets. To achieve this goal, a wide range of behavioral factors are taken as a bias that expresses the anomaly that may affect the behavior of many small investors and thus affect their investment decisions. The study sample was restricted to a group of small investors - equity Exchange - during the period December 2018 - September 2019. The study investors - that participate in the Arab financial markets - Tunis Stock Exchange and Dubai Stock hypotheses were tested through questionnaires distributed to small investors in the Tunisian and Emirati markets. The data collected was analyzed using statistical program SPSS v 25. In addition to conducting semi-structured interviews with some officials and organizers of investor relations in both markets for a deeper understanding of these behaviors. The results concluded in its entirety to a disparity in the impact. The lack of influence of the factor of the media and financial needs on the behavior of small investors. While there are six factors that have an impact on the behavior of small investors: goals and desires, loss aversion, aversion to regret, market conditions, the religious aspect, and financial information. Furthermore, there is a weak influence of the rest of the factors represented by: overconfidence, aversion to risk, herd behavior, excessive optimism, preference and preservation of the status quo, the effects of inference, the moral aspect, advice and recommendation, and the social aspect. Also, it was found that there were no fundamental differences between small investors in approaching their investment behavior according to age factor and investment experience. While slight differences appeared according to the gender factor and the investment market.
