شــــدة الاكتئــاب وعـــلاقته بالأمــن العـــاطفي دراسة عيادية لحالتين بعيادة الإقامة الجامعية بورقلة انطلاقا من الإنتاج الإسقاطي لاختبار تفهم الموضوع

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة شدة الاكتئاب وعلاقته بالأمن العاطفي لدى الطالبات المقيمات بالحي الجامعي والمتوافدات إلى العيادة بولاية ورقلة، وهذا من خلال إثراء ذلك بالجانب النظري والتطبيقي، و ضرورة علاج هذا الأمر لحماية ذات الفرد التي تحتاج إلى هدوء وطمأنينة ودعم لتجاوز الصراعات النمائية الخاصة بهذه المرحلة لما تحدثه من تغيرات نفسية و فيزيولوجية. فان موضوع دراستنا يدور حول ثلاث فرضيات مفادها الأتي: - نتوقع وجود علاقة بين شدة الاكتئاب وعدم الشعور بالأمن العاطفي لدى الطالبات المقيمات بالحي الجامعي المتوافدات للعيادة. - نتوقع أن الطالبات اللاتي لا يتمتعن بأمن عاطفي يكون لديهن شدة اكتئاب مرتفع. - نتوقع استجابات فقيرة على اختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT) مشحونة بالكآبة والمعاناة والآلام وتوتر العلاقة الوالدية للغير امنين عاطفيا. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياتها طبق عليها الباحث المقابلة النصف الموجهة و الاختبارات النفسية المتمثلة في المقاييس الموضوعية ( مقياس بيك للاكتئاب ومقياس الأمن العاطفي للدكتورة زينب شقير) والإنتاج الإسقاطي لاختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT) ، ذلك أن شدة الاكتئاب تزعزع التوازن النفسي وتخل به وتمس بالجانب الأمني للفتاة ، لذلك سعت دراستنا إلى التأكيد على أهمية الدعم النفسي من طرف المختص لتقوية الآليات النفسية والسماح للفتاة لتجاوز المعاناة والتفكير بإيجابية، لكن لا نود أن نغفل في بحثنا هذا على أهمية دعم المحيط من عائلة وأصدقاء، وعدم حبس الفتاة في هذا الاضطراب القاتل، وكلما كان دعم المحيط فعالا، كلما كان دعم التوظيف النفسي ممكنا وغنيا ،وعكس ذلك كلما كان تحميل الفتاة مسؤولية ما أصابها وإهمالها وعدم وجود السند الداعم كلما صعب التشافي منه والانتكاسة. ولإثبات فرضياتنا إذن استخدمنا المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، حيث قمنا بدراسة حالتين للفتاتان تعاني من شدة في الاكتئاب يبلغ عمر الأولى 18سنة والثانية 26 سنة بالحي الجامعي بولاية ورقلة، وهو القطاع التي نمارس فيه مهنتنا.

قمنا باللقاء مع الحالتين خلال المدة الزمنية من 31/01/2021م إلى غاية 11/05/2021م وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - ظهر السير العقلي لدى الطالبتان (الفتاتان) اللاتي لديهن اكتئاب شديد هشا والذي تجلى من خلال الخطاب الفقير في إنتاج الإسقاطي لاختبار تفهم الموضوع وعدم التعريف بالأشخاص وذلك لسيطرة أساليب التجنب (C) والكف الفوبي (CP) والمقابلة العيادية، فكان هناك فقر لتصورات والتدعيات والهوامات في الاستجابات للوحات واضحا مشحون بالكآبة والمعاناة وتوتر العلاقة الوالدية، إذ لم نلاحظ استثمار للمواضيع، وقد تجلى بوضوح في سحب الاستثمار للمواضيع لصالح الاستثمار النرجسي، وذلك لهدف إصلاح فقدان حب الذات نتيجة للأمن النفسي. - وجود علاقة بين شدة الاكتئاب والأمن العاطفي ، فالأشخاص الغير أمنيين عاطفيا يظهر عليهم الاكتئاب شديد. - لاحظنا كذلك أن غياب الدعم يتماشى بالطرد مع غياب الإرصان الجيد للإشكالية وصعوبة تصور المستقبل، لذا فهنا بحاجة ماسة إلى سند خارجي يساعدهم على تجاوز هدا الإشكال وإعادة البناء النفسي لهن. الكلمات المفتاحية: شدة الاكتئاب،الأمن العاطفي، مقياس بيك للاكتئاب، مقياس الأمن العاطفي لدكتورة زينب شقير، إنتاج إسقاطي لاختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT)، الطلبة.

Our study aims to know the severity of depression and its relationship to emotional security among university-based students whom did visit the clinic in The State of ouargla, and this is through enriching this with the theoretical and applied aspect ,and the need to cure this to protect the individual who needs calm, reassurance and support to overcome the developmental conflicts of this stage because of the psychological and physiological changes they cause. The subject of our study revolves around three hypotheses: - We expect a relationship between the severity of depression and the lack of emotional security among students living in the university district who come to the clinic. - We expect that students who do not have emotional security have a high depression severity. - We expect poor responses to the TAT test, which is fraught with depression, suffering, pain and strained parental relationships for the emotionally insecure. To answer the questions of the study and verify its hypotheses, The Researcher applied to it the corresponding half directed and psychological tests represented by objective measures (Beck's measure of depression and the emotional security measure of Dr. Zainab Shaqir) and the projection production to test the understanding of the subject (TAT), because the severity of depression disturbs the psychological balance and disturbs it and affects the security aspect of the girl, so our study sought to emphasize the importance of psychological support by the specialist to strengthen psychological mechanisms and allow the girl to overcome suffering and think positively, and to mention the importance of support from family and friends, And not locking a girl in this deadly disorder, and the more effective support from the environment, The more possible and rich the support From The psychological employment, and the more likely to hold the girl to the responsibility to everything that have happened to her and her neglect and the lack of support, the more difficult it is to heal . To prove our hypotheses, we used the clinical curriculum based on the study of the case, where we studied two cases of girls suffering from severe depression, The First Girl’s age 18 years and the second one is 26 years ,in the university district of ouargla, the sector in which we practice our profession

We met the two cases during the period from 31/01/2021 to 11/05/2021 and reached the following results: - The mental progress of the two students (girls) who have severe depression, which was manifested through poor discourse in the production of projection to test the understanding of the subject and not to introduce people to the control of avoidance methods (C), fib -palm (CP) and clinical interview, there was a lack of perceptions, claims and delusions in responses to paintings charged with depression, suffering and strained parental relationship, as we have not observed an investment in subjects, and it has been clearly manifested in the withdrawal of investment of subjects in favour of narcissistic investment, in order to repair the loss of self-love as a result of psychological security. - There is a relationship between the severity of depression and emotional security, emotionally insecure people show severe depression. - We also noted that the lack of support is in line with expulsion with the absence of good sobriety of the problem and the difficulty of imagining the future, so there is an urgent need for external support to help them overcome this problem and rebuild them psychologically.
