دور الجمعيات الخيرية في التوعية الاسرية في مواجهة جائحة كورونا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الجمعيات الخيرية في التوعية الاسرية لمواجهة جائحة كورونا، وذلك من خلال الاستراتيجية المتبعة والآليات المستخدمة من طرفها، كما هدفت أيضا الي الكشف عن الصعوبات التي واجهتها في سبيل تحقيق ذلك. لقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على منهج البحث الميداني او ما يسمى بمنهج البحث الاجتماعي، وقد بلغ عدد الجمعيات التي أجرينا معها الدراسة 08 جمعيات تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية ولإجراء هذه الدراسة استخدمنا ادوات بحث علمية تمثلت في أداة المقابلة . ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة نذكر : 1- من الاستراتيجيات التي اتبعتها الجمعيات : تنظيم قـوافـل تحسيسية لأسر مناطق الظل والمعزولة التي تشهد غياب الشبكات الانترنت ، و غياب البث الاذاعي وتعاني من الفقر نقص الرعاية الصحية و الاطباء و وسائل التعقيم . كما ركزت الجمعيات في خطتها على العضو النسوي. و كذلك قامت بتشكيل خلية أزمة تتكون من لجان متخصصة من بينها الجنة لجنة الاعلام و التوعية تنظيم حملات تحسيسية توعوية على مستوى الاذاعة و التفيزيون و الأحياء . 2-استخدام الجمعيات الخيرية كل الآليات التقليدية والحديثة لتوعية الافراد، خاصة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والاستعانة بالعنصر النسوي في عملية التوعية. 3-مساندة الجمعيات الخيرية للدولة في تطبيق سياستها لمواجهتها لوباء كورونا. 4-لعبت الجمعيات الخيرية دور فعال وكبير في مواجهة وباء كورونا من خلال التوعية الاسرية خاصة في المناطق النائية او ما تسمى بمناطق الظل. 5-من الصعوبات التي واجهتها الجمعيات الخيرية هي : صعوبة الوصول الى اسر مناطق الظل بسبب الطرق غير معبدة ، او معرفة اماكن تواجدهم و نقص الدعم المالي و المادي من الهيئات المحلية ،عدم الوعي و الاقتناع بوجود المرض ، او حتى بخطورته ، مما يؤدي الى عدم الإلتزام بتطبيق اجراءات الوقاية الصحية ، كما رفضت بعض الأسر استقبالهم بحكم ان الجمعيات الخيرية كثيرة التحرك و التجمعات .

The current study aimed to identify the role of charities in raising awareness of families in the face of the Corona pandemic, through the strategy and mechanisms used by them, as well as to reveal the difficulties they faced in achieving this. In this study we relied on the field research curriculum or the so-called social research curriculum, and the number of associations with which we conducted the study was 08 associations selected in a deliberate way and to conduct this study we used scientific research tools represented in the interview tool. Among the findings of the study are: 1- One of the strategies adopted by the associations: organizing awareness convoys for families in the shadow and isolated areas that are experiencing the absence of internet networks, the absence of radio broadcasting and suffering from poverty lack of health care, doctors and means of sterilization. In their plan, the associations also focused on the feminist member. It also formed a crisis cell consisting of specialized committees, including the Committee of Information and Awareness, and the organization of awareness campaigns at the level of radio, television and neighborhoods. 2- Charities use all traditional and modern mechanisms to educate individuals, especially social media sites, and use the feminist element in the awareness process. 3- Supporting state charities in implementing their policy to confront the Corona epidemic. 4- Charities have played a significant role in confronting the Corona epidemic through family awareness, especially in remote areas or so-called shadow areas. 5- One of the difficulties faced by charities is: the difficulty of reaching families in shadow areas due to unpaved roads, or knowing their whereabouts and lack of financial and material support from local bodies, lack of awareness and conviction of the existence of the disease, or even its seriousness, which leads to non-compliance with the application of health prevention measures, as some families refused to receive them because charities are many moving and gatherings.
