Abstract: تتمثل دراستنا المنجزة في موقع الدبيد يبي ’الحجيرة ولاية ورقلة في معرفة أهمية عملية الاسمنت والأدوات المستخدمة فيها, وهدا لانجاز عملية حقن سائل دو خصائص فيزيائية في الفراغ الحلقي من اجل عزل طبقات الأرضية . وبعدها كيفية انجاز كل الحسابات اللازمة (حجم السائل, كتلة الاسمنت, حجم ماء المزيج, حجم الطين الدافع, مدة الحقن, ضغط دفع السائل) وبعد تحقيق وتركيب الأسمنت ، يتم فحص الأخير بواسطة جهاز .CBL
Notre étude porte sur le suivi de la pose et cimentation d’une colonne de casing, d’un forage hydraulique, réalisé sur le site Debidibi, El-Hadjira, Wilayat de Ouargla, et de connaître l'importance du processus cimentaire et des outils qui y sont utilisés, afin d'accomplir le processus d'injection d'un laitier de ciment ayant des propriétés physiques spécifiques et adaptées aux conditions du site. Ce laitier est introduit dans l'espace annulaire afin de parvenir à isoler les couches et ancrer les colonnes de casing. Ensuite, faire les calculs nécessaires (le volume et la densité de laitier, la masse de ciment sec, le volume d’eau de gâchage, le volume de chasse, le temps d’injection et la pression de refoulement). Après prise de ciment, ce dernier doit être vérifié par le train de CBL (Ciment Bound Log), afin de s’assurer de l’étanchéité.
Our study was carried on a following of a drilling water borehole, at the Dibidibi site, El-Hadjira, district of Ouargla. The structure was drilled in different phases (in telescopic architecture), and completed by installing casing columns. To ensure good anchoring of these columns, the annular space (casing – annulus) must be cemented by introducing a cement slurry with some additives, if necessary. The slurry must be prepared with care, strictly respecting the appropriate formulations (with or without additives), to give it the required properties and never affect it. These formulations allow us to have the previously calculated volume of slag, knowing, of course, the volume of mixing water, the quantity of useful dry cement, as well as the volume of essential flushing fluid. Our task was to know and follow the importance of the cementitious process and the tools used in it, and the calculation must include the determination of the discharge pressures, the circulation rate, the setting time, to arrive at the choice of the cementing unit and accessory material. It is imperative to carry out operations to check and evaluate the quality of the cementation, by various logging techniques (CBL - VDL), to check the casing – hole tightness
