dc.description.abstractThe objective of the present study was to identify the reality of the functional empowerment of secondary education teachers in Mostaganem city in light of some variables. After verifying the psychometric characteristics of the scale of Short and Reinhart translation of Nidaa and Elomari (2011), the researchers applied a sample of 243 teachers. The results of the study concluded that the level of functional empowerment of teachers of secondary education was average, and that there were differences in functional empowerment due to gender variables and professional experience for males and more than 11 years of experienceen_US
