المعالجة الإعلامية لقضية الحراك الشعبي عبر القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية العمومية و الخاصة " دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لعينة من البرامج التلفزيونية الجزائرية "

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية : تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية التغطية الإعلامية لقضية الحراك الشعبي الجزائري عبر القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية العمومية و الخاصة و ذلك من خلال الشكل أو القالب الذي بلورت فيه و من حيث المضمون ، بالإضافة أيضا إلى الكشف عن أوجه التشابه و الاختلاف فيما تبثه القنوات التلفزيونية من خلال تناولها الإعلامي للقضية . حيث كانت إشكالية الدراسة على النحو التالي : كيف تناولت القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية العمومية و الخاصة قضية الحراك الشعبي الجزائري ؟ لتندرج تحتها عدة تساؤلات فرعية : 1- كيف غطت القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية الحراك الشعبي الجزائري من حيث الشكل ؟ 2- كيف غطت القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية الحراك الشعبي الجزائري من حيث المضمون ؟ 3- ما هي أوجه التشابه و الاختلاف من حيث التناول الإعلامي العمومي و الخاص ؟ و قد تم الاعتماد في دراستنا على المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج المقارن ، أما بالنسبة إلى جمع المعلومات كانت متمثلة في أداة تحليل المضمون على عينة قصدية و متمثلة في عدد معين مختار من البرامج التلفزيونية الجزائرية . لتتوصل دراستنا في الأخير إلى العديد من النتائج ترجمة لنا كيفية التغطية الإعلامية من حيث الشكل و من حيث المضمون بالإضافة إلى أوجه التشابه و الاختلاف في التناول حيث تمثل أهم النتائج في : أن القالب الفني الذي طرحت في القضية هو الغالب الحديث الصحفي و ذلك نظرا إلى طبيعة الموضوع المعالج فانه يعتبر الأنسب ، بينما التنوع في عدد المواضيع المتناولة في الحصة لكل قنوات يعود في الأساس إلى تنوع طرق التغطية الإعلامية لكل قناة .

This study seeks to identify the method of media coverage of the Algerian popular movement issue through public and private Algerian television channels And that , through the form or template in which it was crystallized and in terms of content In addition to revealing similarities and differences in what television channels broadcast through their media coverage of the issue . Where the problem of the study was as follows : How do the public and private Algerian television channels address the issue of the Algerian popular movement ? Several sub-questions fall under it : 1- How did the Algerian TV channels cover the Algerian popular movement in terms of form ? 2- How did the Algerian TV channels cover the Algerian popular movement in terms of content ? 3- What are the similarities and differences in terms of public and private media coverage ? Our study relied on the descriptive and analytical method and the comparative approach , As for collecting information , it was represented in the content analysis tool on an intentional sample , represented by a certain selected number of Algerian television programs . Let us finally reach in our study many results that translate to us the manner of media coverage in terms of form and in terms of content in addition to the similarities and differences in treatment , where the most important results are : The technical template that was presented in the case is mostly the press talk, and due to the nature of the subject being treated , while the diversity in the number of topics covered in the quota for each channel is mainly due to the diversity of media coverage methods for each Channel , While each channel has its own direction about the popular movement
