نقد الواقع السياسي الجزائري في مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي دراسة تحليليية مقارنة لعينة من منشورات صفحة الشروق نيوز وصفحة المغاربية عبر الفيسبوك خلال شهر ديسمبر2019

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الكيفية التي يتم من خلالها نقد الواقع السياسي في الجزائر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وبالتحديد صفحة الشروق اليومية الجزائرية و صفحة المغاربية، وهذا من خلال اختيار عينة تمثلت في عشر منشورات من كل صفحة خلال شهر ديسمبر أي الفترة الممتدة من 01 إلى 30 ديسمبر 2019، وعلى اعتبار أن الدراسة وصفية تحليلية تم الاعتماد على منهج تحليل المحتوى. أدوات البحث والتقصي: تم الاستعانة بأداتي الملاحظة العلمية واستمارة تحليل المحتوى لرصد أهم الدلالات التي تحملها المنشورات التي تتضمن الحديث عن الواقع السياسي الجزائري عبر صفحة الشروق نيوز و صفحة المغاربية، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الموالية: 1) تم تأطير موضوع الحراك عبر صفحة الشروق نيوز وذلك بالتركيز على إطار المصلحة العامة للبلاد و إطار الانعكاسات على الوضع الاقتصادي و كل من إطار الخلاف السياسي والتعاون و الاهتمامات الإنسانية، بينما صفحة المغاربية كان تركيزها على إطار الخلاف السياسي و إطار الانعكاسات على الوضع الاقتصادي و إطار إسناد مسؤولية الحدث بشكل اكبر. 2) يتضح من خلال معالجتنا لمواضيع كل من صفحة الشروق نيوز و المغاربية ، أنه هناك تباين و اختلاف من حيث تركيز كلا الصفحتين على المواضيع المثارة فصفحة المغاربية ألقت جل تركيزها على الحراك الشعبي بنسبة 64.28% الذي أخذ حصة الأسد فيها و موضوع الانتخابات الرئاسية بنسبة 21.42% و لم تركز على موضوع المرحلة الانتقالية ، في حين ركزت صفحة الشروق نيوز على الحراك هي أيضا لكن بنسبة 45.45% و الانتخابات الرئاسية 31.81% و أولت اهتماما بموضوع المرحلة الانتقالية بنسبة 4.54% . 3) أظهرت الدراسة أن اعتماد صفحة الشروق نيوز و المغاربية للمادة المستخدمة كالفيديوهات و الصور ساهم في إبراز خطها الإعلامي، باعتبار أن إدراجها يوضح المعاني و يغني عن التعبير، كما ساهمت في إبراز إمكانيات كل صفحة من ناحية الوصول للمعلومة. 4) تمثل اتجاه كل من صفحة الشروق نيوز و المغاربية حيال الواقع السياسي في الجزائر من خلال كيفية معالجة كل صفحة للأحداث السياسية، بالإضافة إلى طريقة استعمالهما و توظيفهما لعدد من المؤشرات مثل الألوان و اللغة و الصور و الرسومات و التي توضح و تمثل اتجاه كل صفحة حيال الواقع السياسي فمن خلال المواضيع المثارة نلتمس أن صفحة الشروق كان مؤيدة مثلا في تنظيم الانتخابات الرئاسية في حين عارضت صفحة المغاربية ذلك بشكل قاطع. 5) كشفت الدراسة إلى أن ابرز الشخصيات التي ظهرت في مضامين صفحة الشروق نيوز هي الشخصيات السياسية مثل شخصية المترشح آنذاك للانتخابات الرئاسية السيد/عبد المجيد تبون و الشخصيات العسكرية كالقايد صالح، في حين ركزت صفحة المغاربية على الشخصيات الحراكية أمثال " سعد جبار" و الشخصية الثورية مثل "لخضر بورقعة ". 6) توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ما تنشره كل من صفحة الشروق نيوز و صفحة المغاربية من المضامين السياسية للواقع السياسي في الجزائر يتماشى مع خطها الافتتاحي أو حسب توجهها و هذا ما تؤكده نظرية الأجندة التي اعتمدنا عليها أي أن كل صفحة تلون الواقع حسب خطها و توجهها السياسي الإعلامي.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the political situation in Algeria is criticized on social networking sites, specifically the Algerian daily EL-Chorouk and El Magharebia page This is through the selection of a sample of ten publications from each page during the month of December, the period from December 01-30, 2019,the present study is Considering an analytical descriptive, so an analysis approach has been adopted. Research and investigation tools: The tools of scientific observation and content analysis have been used to monitor the most important indicators contained in the publications which include the discussion of the Algerian political reality on El Chourouk News page and El Magharebia page. The following results have been reached: 1) 1) The topic of the movement was framed by El-Chorouk News page, focusing on the framework of the general interest of the country and the implications for the economic situation, and both within the framework of political dispute, cooperation and humanitarian concerns. ElMagharebia page focused on the framework of political disagreement, the framework of reflections on the economic situation, and the framework of assigning responsibility for the event more. 2) It is clear from our discussion of the topics of El-Chorouk News and El Magharebia that there is a difference in terms that focus on both pages of the topics raised. The Maghrebi page focused mostly on the popular movement by 64.28%, and the topic of the presidential elections by 21.42%, and did not focus on the topic of the transition. 5% and the presidential elections 31.81%, and I took 4.54% interest in the transition. 3) The study showed that El-Chorouk News and El Maghrebia pages' adoption of the material used in the form of videos and pictures contributed to highlighting their media plan, considering that their inclusion reflects meanings and speaks for expression, contributed to highlighting the potential of each page in terms of access to information. 4) El-Chorouk News and El Maghrebia pages are looking at the political situation in Algeria by how each page deals with political events and how they are used and employed a number of indicators such as colors language, pictures and drawings that show and represent the orientation of each page towards the political reality. Through the topics raised, we ask that El-Chorouk page was for example supportive in organizing the presidential elections, while El Maghrebia page categorically opposes this. 5) The study revealed that the most prominent figures that appeared in the contents of El-Chorouk News page are political figures , such as Mr . Abdel Majid Taboun, the presidential candidate, and military figures such as Gaid Saleh. The Maghrebi page focuses on movement figures such as Saad Jabbar and the revolutionary personality such as " Lakhdar Bouregaa ". 6) The study concluded that what both El-Chorouk News and El Maghrebia pages publish from the political content of the political reality in Algeria is in line with their opening plan or according to their orientation, and this is confirmed by the theory of the agenda on which we depend, that is, that every page colors reality according to its political and media orientation.
