دور التربية الرقمية في ترشيد التعامل مع الوسائط الجديدة دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر أساتذة الأطوار التعليمية بورقلة

Abstract

تناولنا في دراستنا إشكالية دور التربية الرقمية في ترشيد التعامل مع الوسائط الجديدة، حيث هدفت الدّراسة إلى مساهمة التربية الرّقمية في فهم البيئة الرّقمية، وحماية التلاميذ من مخاطرها، وكذلك فهم تأثير التربية الرّقمية في تفعيل السّلوك الواعي في الاستخدام الرّشيد للوسائط الجديدة. وقد قمنا بطرح الإشكالية على النّحو التالي: ما هو دور التّربية الرّقمية في ترشيد تعامل التلاميذ مع الوسائط الجديدة ؟ واعتمدت الدّراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وذلك باعتمادنا على أداة المقابلة وتوزيعها على عينة مكوّنة من (10) أساتذة من مختلف الأطوار التعليمية بولاية ورقلة ( الابتدائي_المتوسط_ الثانوي)، وتوصّلت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمّها: 1. توصّلت الدّراسة أنّ الاستخدام السّيّئ وغير الرّشيد للوسائط الجديدة من قبل التلاميذ، وخاصّة في الطّورين الابتدائي والمتوسّط، أصبحت تشكل خطورة عليهم وتعود بالسّلب على حياتهم. 2. توصّلت الدّراسة إلى أنّ التربية الرّقمية تشكّل مجالا لتنشئة التلاميذ، من خلال تقديم نصائح وإرشادات حول توجيه التلاميذ إلى المواقع الإلكترونية. 3. توصّلت الدّراسة أنّ التربية الرّقمية تشكّل مجالا يساهم في الابتعاد عن أخطار الوسائط الجديدة، حيث أنّها تعمل على تنمية الرّوح النقدية لدى التلميذ، وجعله قادرا على التمييز بين الصّائب والخاطئ في مختلف المواقع الإلكترونية من خلال التوجيه الإيجابي. 4. من أهمّ مهارات التربية الرّقمية التي يجب أن يتضمّنها المنهاج التربوي الجزائري، هي توعية التلاميذ في اكتساب مهارات جديدة، وذلك من خلال نشر المعلومات الهادفة المتجدّدة وباستمرار. مجالات معرفية محدّدة تساهم في نقل الخبرات، والتجارب اليومية للتلاميذ، وبالتّالي تحقيق التفاعل اليومي عبر الوسائط الجديدة. 5. تؤثر التربية الرّقمية في تفعيل السّلوك الواعي، حيث تساعد التلاميذ في محو الأمية في ظلّ استخدامهم للوسائط الجديدة، وتمكّنهم من إكساب المهارات الأساسية للاستخدام الرّشيد. 6. توصّلت الدّراسة إلى الحاجة الضرورية والملحّة لتدعيم الأساتذة بمهارات التربية الرقمية وتكوينهم، من خلال فتح ورشات قبل إدراجها في المنهاج التربوي. وفي الأخير ختم البحث بعض المقترحات والتّوصيات التي يأمل الباحث أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار.

This study discussed the problem of the role of digital education in dealing with new media as the our study sheds light on the contribution of digital education in understanding the digital environment and protecting pupils from its dangers, as well as understanding the impact of digital education in activating responsible behavior in rational use of new media; and we have raised the problem as follow: What is the role of digital education in handling new media? This study follows the descriptive method by using the interview tool as we distributed a questionnaire to a sample composed of ten (10) teachers from the different cycles of education (primary, middle and secondary education) at the state of Ouargla; the study reaches the following results: 1- The study found out that the bad and irrational use of these new media by pupils, especially at middle and primary schools, is dangerous and have negative impact on their lives. 2- The study found that digital education is a good area for upbringing pupils by providing tips and guidance on directing them to websites. 3- The study found that digital education is an area that contribute in avoiding new media risks as it works on developing critical spirit of the pupils what makes them able to distinguish between what is right and what s wrong in the different websites through positive guidance. 4- One of the most digital education skills that should be included in the Algerian educational curriculum is the pupils awareness in the acquisition of new skills by continually disseminating targeted information as well as particular areas of knowledge that contribute in the transfer of the daily expertise and experience of pupils therefore achieving daily interaction through new media. 5- Digital education contributes in activating respective behaviour as it helps pupils in literacy as they use new media and their acquisition of the main skills of rational use. 6- The study also found that it is necessary and urgent to support teachers with the digital education skills and forming them by opening workshops before including in the educational curriculum. Finally, the study ends by some suggestions and recommendations that the researcher hopes to be taken into account.
