الادارة المدرسية وعلاقتها بجمعية اولياء التلاميذ دراسة ميدانية على عينة من ثانويات دائرة الحجيرة –ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نوع العلاقة بين الإدارة المدرسية وجمعية أولياء التلاميذ وذلك من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية : ماهي علاقة الإدارة المدرسية بجمعية أولياء التلاميذ؟والتي تندرج تحت الأسئلة الفرعية التالية :لمدرسية ؟ماهو دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الحياة المدرسية ؟ما هو دور جمعية أولياء التلاميذ واشتراكها في الحياة المدرسية ؟ ماهي أهمية التعاون بين الإدارة المدرسية وجمعية أولياء التلاميذ في رفع المردود التربوي ؟للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات المنهجية المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج اتبعنا مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق الاستمارة الالكترونية وطبقت على عينة احتمالية طبقية اشتملت 20من عمال الإدارة ورؤساء جمعية أولياء التلاميذ وأساتذة لهم احتكاك مع الإدارة وبعد الإثراء النضري والدراسة الميدانية توصلت الى النتيجة الهامة التالية : ان علاقة الإدارة المدرسية بجمعية أولياء التلاميذ هي علاقة تكامل من خلال اشتراك الإدارة و الجمعية في الحياة المدرسية وقيام جمعية أولياء التلاميذ بادورها على أكمل وجه وتعاونها على رفع المردود التربوي للمؤسسة .

The study aimed to identify the types of relationship between the school administration and the parents of pupils association by posing the following problem: what is the relationship of the school administration with the association of parents pupils .which falls under the following sup_ questions :what is role of the schools administration inactivating school life? what is the Importance of cooperation between the school administration and the association of parents of pupils in raising educational outcomes and in order to answer these questions . We followed a set of methodological procedures represented in the descriptive community by applying the electronic form and it was applied to a probability stratified sample that included 20 administration workers . heads of pupils parents associations ande professors who have contact with the administrations and after the cortical enrichment and study piled reached the fooling general conclusion The relationship of the school administration with the association of parent of pupil in am integration relationship through the participation of the administration in school life and the parent association of pupils performing its role fully and cooperation to raise the educational return of the institution
