Abstract

هدفت هده الدراسة الى توضيح مدى اثر التحرير المالي على الكفاءة المصرفية في البنوك التجارية و تضمنت هده الدراسة بنك واحد و المتمثل في بنك الوطني الجزائري، بالاعتماد على التحليل الاحصائي لآراء عدد من عمال البنك الوطني الجزائري وكالة-تقرت و لقد حاولنا التعرف على مدى تأثير التحرير المالي على الكفاءة المصرفية تم اختبار صحة العلاقة بين التحرير المالي و الكفاءة المصرفية في بنك الوطني الجزائري، و قد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية الى ان السياسة التي اتبعتها البنوك التجارية كان لها اثر فعال و ايجابيعلى الكفاءة المصرفية ويظهر دلك من خلال حسن ادارة الاصول و الخصوم و حسن ادارة السيولة وتحقيق اعلى عائد و التقليل المخاطر .

This study aims at clarifying the extent of impact of the financial liberalization on the competency of the banking performance in the commercial banks through a standard study including one (01) bank (La Banque Nationale Algerienne BNA). To reach our aim of research, we relied on the BNA’s employees in the agency of TOUGGOURT. In this research, we tried to identify the extent of the impact of the financial liberalization on the banking competency and to test the relationship between them in the BNA Banc. After the field study, we found that the financial liberalization policy applied by the commercial banks has effective and positive effect on the competency of the banking performance through having a better administration of assets, liabilities and liquidity in addition to realizing higher revenues and reducing the dangers
