توجيه الابناء في مسارهم الدراسي وتمثل أسرهم لمشروعهم المهني دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة ثالثة ثانوي

Abstract

هدف البحث المعنون توجيه الأبناء في مسارهم الدراسي وتمثل أسرهم لمشروعهم المهني إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في كيف تعمل الأسرة في ظل تعدد المجالات التي يتشكل فيها توجيه الأبناء في المسار الدراسي على إنتاج مشروعهم المهني. وتفرع هذا التساؤل إلى سؤالين جزئية كالأتي: 1.هل الأسرة واعية باليات التوجيه وتعمل على إعادة إنتاج المشروع المهني للأبناء ؟ 2. هل الأسرة غير واعية باليات التوجيه ؟ فأين ينتج المشروع المهني للأبناء ؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات اعتمدنا على الإجراءات المنهجية التالية : اعتمدنا على المنهج الكيفي مستخدمين أداة المقابلة، على عينة من تلاميذ متكونة من 15 تلميذا لكل من ثانويات أنقوسه و سيدي خويلـــــــــد و ورقلــــــــــــــــة حيث تم التوصل إلى أن الأسرة لم تتحكم في آليات التوجيه و هناك مجالات اخرى يتفاعل فيها الفرد التلميذ، حيت تتشكل فيها توجيههم في مسارهم الدراسي ومنه إنتاج مشروعهم المهني، كما توصلنا ان الأسرة تعمل من خلال التقليد أي محاكاة للأسر الأخرى وهي غير واعية بآليات التوجيه وليس لها استراتيجيات عقلانية التي تسمح لها بإعادة إنتاج هوية إجتماعية للأسر و إنتاج المشروع المهني للأبناء .

This search is to orient our children to their studying way and is considers about their professional projects to answer the principal demand how to deal the family in multiplies domains which forms the orientation the children in the studying way on produce their professional project and this is devises into two parts 1) Is the family conscience by the orientation scholar bases for working at the reproduce of professional project? 2) Is the family can’t conscience by the orientation scholar, Where professional project produce? By answering these questions we depend on following procedure: sBased on the qualitative approach, the interviez tool is based on a sample of pupils consisting of 15 students in secondary school. it was found that the family did not control orientation mechanisms and there are other in wchich the student interact, where they are guided in their course of study and the production of their professional project, and the family works simulating pther families it is ot aware of orientation mechanisms and dose not haf rational strategies that allow it to reproduce the social identity of the family and prduce the professional project for the children .
