إتجاهات أساتذة الجامعة نحو استخدام التعلم المقلوب دراسة إستكشافية على عينة من أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح -ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح نحو استخدام التعلم المقلوب ،ومعرفة الفروق في الاتجاه نحو استخدام التعلم المقلوب من وجهة نظرهم باختلاف التخصص وسنوات الخبرة (الأقدمية في القطاع) ،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي الذي يناسب طبيعة البحث ،وتم تبني الأداة وهي :استبيان التعلم المقلوب لـ (اللهيبي ،ريس،2019)، وتكون من 24 بندا . وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (161) أستاذا وأستاذة اختيرت بطريقة العينة المتاحة من أصل (1165) أستاذ وأستاذة وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة ،وتفريغ البيانات المتحصل عليها تمت معالجتها باستخدام برامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS ،وقد بينت النتائج أن طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح نحو استخدام التعلم المقلوب موجبة ،وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية في اتجاه أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح نحو استخدام التعلم المقلوب باختلاف التخصص ،ولا توجد فروق دالة في اتجاهات أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح باختلاف سنوات الخبرة (الأقدمية في القطاع) .

The current study aimed to identify the attitudes of the professors of Qasdi Merbah university towards the use of inverted learning , and to know the differences in makes about the use of inverted learning from the point of view of the professors according to their specialization and years of experience (seniority in the sector) ,and to achieve the objectives of the study , the descriptive exploratory approach was used that suits the nature of the research was used that suits the nature of the research. The tool is built ,which is : the inverted learning questionnaire for (AL –Lahibi ,Reis) ,and it consists of 24 items . The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (161)the professor and the professor, were chosen in the style of the available simple from the original (1165) professors and professors ,and after applying the study tools ,and unloading the obtained data ,they were processed using the statistical packages for social sciences programs SPSS .The results showed that the nature of the tren ds of kasdi merbah university towards the use of inverted learning is positive ,and that there is no statistically significant difference in the attitudes of the professors of the university kasdi merbah towards the use of inverted learning according to the difference specialization ,and there are no significant differences in the attitudes of the professors of the inverted learning towards the use of inverted learning according to the years of experience(seniority in the sector) .
