Long time ago, the countries recently independent have been trying to reach their development through searchingin different ways to represent good governance that reflects their institutional aptitudes and invests in their resources. The nationalist country in the Arab world has known a structural crisis since its liberation due to the instability of its institutionthat facedthe challenges imposed during postcolonialism. Nowadays, the issue of reconstructing acountryis strongly imposed within the sudden changes that took place in many Arab countries which is known as the Arab Spring of 2011.This matter, which is interfered by many internal factors and external variables, contributesin the design of the curve that the country’s reconstruction will take. This study pursues in describing the Arab national crisis, in a subjective way, beginning with an analysis of the reasons that prevented the success of its experience and kept it in the cycle of uncertainty and failure, through the identification of dysfunction and strategic exposure at alll evels. It proposes the good governance approach ,and the civilizational approach, as an alternative. |
