Effet économique et environnemental del'emplacement d'une ferme éolienne dans un réseau électrique

Abstract

Ce travail consiste en l’étude de l’effet économique et environnemental de l’intégration d’une ferme éolienne dans le réseauélectrique. L’étude consiste en l’optimisation de la fonction du coût de production et la fonction d’émission des gaz NOx dans le cas du réseauélectrique choisi tel qu’il est, puis avec l’ajout de la production éolienne. La simulation est faite sous l’environnement MATLAB à l’aide de la méthode d’optimisation par l’algorithme de l’essaim de particules PSO. La comparaison des résultats des deux cas démontre l’efficacité de l’incorporation de l’énergie éolienne dans la production d’énergie électrique que ce soit de point de vue économique ou environnemental par la diminution remarquable et intéressante dans le coût de production et la quantité des émission des gaz toxiques.

This work consists of studying the economic and environmental effect of integrating a wind farm into the electricity grid. The study consists of the optimization of the production cost function and the NOx gas emission function in the case of the electricity grid chosen as it is, then with the addition of wind generation. The simulation is done under the MATLAB environment using the PSO particle swarm algorithm optimization method. The comparison of the results of the two cases demonstrates the efficiency of the incorporation of wind energy in the production of electrical energy whether from an economic or environmental point of view by the remarkable and interesting reduction in the cost of production and the quantity of emission of toxic gases.

يتكون هذا العمل من دراسة الأثر الاقتصادي والبيئي لدمج مزرعة الرياح في شبكة الكهرباء. تتكون الدراسة من تحسين دالة تكلفة الإنتاج ووظيفة انبعاث غاز أكاسيد النيتروجين في حالة اختيار شبكة الكهرباء كما هي ، ثم إضافة توليد الرياح. تتم المحاكاة في برنامجMATLAB باستخدام طريقة تحسين خوارزمية سرب الجسيمات PSO. توضح مقارنة نتائج الحالتين كفاءة دمج طاقة الرياح في إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية سواء من الناحية الاقتصادية أو البيئية من خلال التخفيض الملحوظ والمثير للاهتمام في تكلفة الإنتاج وكمية انبعاث الغازات السامة
