Abstract

وصف دواء الرانيتيدين لعلاج القرحة المعدية لثلاثة عقود و قد تم سحبه مؤخرا من الصيدليات وذلك لأثاره الجانبية الخطرة على الجسم، مما دفعنا لاسترجاعه و البحث عن نقاوته و كذلك المحاولة في إيجاد بديل له من الطبيعة ، فوجدنا نبات الفول Vicia fabaالمعروف عليه منذ القدم انه يستعمل لتخفيض حموضة المعدة لاحتوائه مواد هلامية صمغية و على القلويدات ذات الطابع القاعدي ، و بناءًّ على ذلك تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على نبات الفول متمثلة في استخلاص القلويدات مع دراسة أخرى خصت لاسترجاع الرانتيدين من دواء RANIMEX.
