Traitement des eaux contaminées par les produits pétroliers de centre industriel nord CINA- HASSI MESSOUD

Abstract

Résumé Les travaux réalisés sont le traitement des eaux contaminées par des produits pétroliers dans la station d'épuration du nord du CINA Hassi Messaoud. L'objectif principal de cette étude est de trouver des problèmes spécifiques et d'essayer d'améliorer le processus de traitement utilisé dans l'unité. Selon les procédures obtenues convergent avec la réglementation algérienne. Ces travaux nous ont montre que le traitement physique et chimique de ce type d’eau est relativement efficace pour éliminer les produits indésirables. Nous avons également proposé une technique de traitement par microalgues et nous avons utilisé la souche Chlorella pyrenoidosa.Cette technique a donné des résultats en accord avec la normes. L'approche présentée par Chlorella pyrenoidosa apparait très prometteuse pour traiter à moindre coût des eaux contaminées par des produits pétroliers.

Abstract: The work carried out is the treatment of water contaminated by oil derivatives at the northern CINA treatment plant,Hassi Messaoud.The main objective of this study is to find specific problems and try to improve the process of processing used in the unit. According to the procedures obtained converge with the Algerian regulations. This work has shown us that the physical and chemical treatment of this type of water is relatively effective in eliminating unwanted products, We also proposed a microalgae treatment technique and we used the Chlorella pyrenoidosa strain. The approach presented by Chlorella Pyrenoidosa appears very promising to treat at lower cost of water contaminated with petroeum products .

الملخص العمل المنجزهو معالجة المياه الملوثة بالمشتقات البترولية بمحطة المعالجة بالحقل البترولي (شمال سيناء ) حاسي مسعود ولاية ورقلة. الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو البحث عن إشكاليات تعترض المحطة ومحاولة تحسين عملية العلاج المستخدمة في الوحدة. وفقا للنتائج التي تم الحصول فإنها قريبة للمعايير الجزائرية. أظهر لنا هذا العمل أن المعالجة الفيزيائية والكيميائية لهذا النوع من المياه فعالة نسبيا في القضاء على المنتجات غير المرغوب فيها .كما اقترحنا تقنية لمعالجتها عن طريق الطحالب الدقيقة و استعملنا السلالة قدمت هذه التقنية نتائج متطابقة مع المعايير الجزائرية . يبدو النهج المقدم من السلالة واعدًا جدًا لمعالجة المياه الملوثة بالمنتجات البترولية بتكلفة أقل.
