تغطية الصحافة المكتوبة لانشغالات المحلية في ورقلة لشهري جويلية وسبتمبر2021 دراسة تحليلية لجريدة صدى الجنوب- أنموذجا

Abstract

تعالج الصحافة عدة مجالات لها علاقة وطيدة بالمجتمع وخاصة الصحف المحلية التي تساهم في عرض خلفيات لما يحدث في المجتمع المحلي بتغطية الأحداث والمشكلات من خلال تقديم تفسيرات وتعليقات حولها وكذا إتاحة الفرص للمجتمع المحلي في إبداء رأيه وطرح أفكاره ....... تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التي تهدف الى معرفة دور الصحافة المحلية في تغطية الأخبار والانشغالات المحلية التي تخص ولاية ورقلة وقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة جريدة صدى الجنوب لولاية ورقلة ولقد تم الاعتماد على أداة تحليل المضمون بتصميم استمارة تحليل لكشف طبيعة هذه التغطية شكلا ومضمونا عن طريق فئات الشكل (كيف قيل؟) وفئات المضمون (ماذا قيل؟)، وقد قمنا بتحليل جريدة صدى الجنوب وفقا لأسلوب العينة القصدية لبعض من أعداد الجريدة الخاصة في تغطية الانشغالات المحلية بولاية ورقلة لشهري جويلية وسبتمبر 2021. وتحصلنا على مجموعة من النتائج: - تسعى الجريدة إلى تقديم أبرز الأحداث والتفاصيل - استخدمت الجريدة القالب الخبري في طرح الانشغالات - اهتمام الجريدة كان بارزا لآراء شخصيات الفاعلين بدعمها واهتمامها الأكبر بشخصيات الاجتماعية لأن المواضيع تتعلق بالمجتمع - خصصت الجريدة صفحات داخليةلمعالجة قضايا الانشغالات المحلية من خلال إبداء ومعالجة الاتجاهات نحوها. - اعتمدت الجريدة على الصور والرسومات لطرح قضايا الانشغالات

The press deals with several areas that are closely related to society, especially local newspapers that contribute to present the backgrounds of the community events by covering incidentsand problems through providing explanations and comments, as well as opportunities for the community to express its opinion and present its ideas ....... This study is one of studies the aims to understand the role of local press in covering local news and concerns related to the state of Ouargla. This study targeted the Sada Al Janoub newspaper for the same state. A content analysis tool used to design an analysis form to reveal the nature of this coverage in terms of shape and content (how was it said?) and content categories (what was said?) We analyzed Sada al-Janoub in the purposeful sampling of some of the newspaper's own issues covering local concerns in Ouargla Province in July and September 2012. Therefore, we got a bunch of results: - The newspaper seeks to provide highlights and details - The newspaper used the declarative form to raise concerns - The newspaper's interest was notable for the opinions of the influential figures on their support and their greater interest in social personalities because the topics are related to society - The paper devoted internal pages to addressing local concerns by showing and addressing trends. - The paper relied on photographs and drawings to raise concerns
