الكــفاية البيداغوجية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز التدريسي لـدى أساتذة التعليــم الابتدائــي دراسة ميدانية بإبتدائيات دائرة سيدي خويلد ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الّدراسة إلى معرفة دلالة العلاقة بين دافعية الإنجاز التدريسي والكفاية البيداغوجية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي ، و استخدمت الباحثتان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، و أما عينة الدراسة فشملت 50 أستاذا و أستاذة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الطالبتين أداتين ، الأداة الأولى كانت إستبانة لدافعية الإنجاز التدريسي و هي من إعداد الطالبتين ، مكونة من (42) فقرة ، موزعة على ثلاث أبعاد (المثابرة والطموح ، تحمل المسؤولية وثقة بالنفس ، حسن إدارة الوقت وحب المنافسة) ، و الثانية هي شبكة ملاحظة للكفاية البيداغوجية وهي كذلك من إعداد الطالبتين ، وهي مكونة من (42) فقرة موزعة على بعدين ( كفاية التدريس ، إدارة الصف والعلاقات الإنسانية ) ، تم التأكد من الكفاءة السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة من خلال حساب الصدق و الثبات، و تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية ، واختبار "ت" لعينة واحدة ، ومعامل الارتبط بيرسون . و توصلت الدراسة إلى النّتائج التّالية: 1ـ مستوى الكفاية البيداغوجية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي كان مرتفعا . 2 ـ مستوى الدافعية للانجاز التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي كان مرتفعا . 3 توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الدافعية للانجاز التدريسي والكفاية البيداغوجية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها ختمت الدراسة بجملة من الإقتراحات والمسارات البحثية .

The study aimed to find out the significance of the relationship between the motivation of teaching achievement and the pedagogical competency of primary education teachers. In this study, the two researchers used the correlative descriptive approach, and the study sample included 50 male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used two tools. The first tool was a questionnaire for the motivation of teaching achievement, which was prepared by the two researchers.It consists of (42) items, divided into three dimensions (perseverance and ambition, taking responsibility and self-confidence, good time management and love of competition) , and the second was an observation grid for pedagogical competency , which was also prepared by the two researchers. It consists of (42) items divided into two dimensions (teaching adequacy, classroom management and human relations) The psychometric efficiency of the study tools was confirmed by calculating validity and reliability statistical treatment of the field study data was carried out using arithmetic means, standard deviations, One-sample t-test , and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The study reached the following results: 1- The level of pedagogical competency of primary education teachers was high. 2- The level of motivation for teaching achievement among primary education teachers was high. 3- There is a statistically significant relationship between the motivation for teaching achievement and the pedagogical competency of primary education teachers. In light of the findings, the study concluded a set of suggestions and research paths.
