Evaluation de L Activite Antioxydante des Huile Essentielles de Thymus Vulgaris

Abstract

و في دراستنا هده, تبين لنا انه زاد الاهتمام بمجال النباتات الطبية و العطرية على الصعيد العالمي على مدى العقود الماضية بسبب الفوائد الصحية و ارتباطها بمجموعة متنوعة من الانشطة الدوائية و الحيوية . الزعتر الشائع Thymus vulgaris, هو نبات عطري طبي من عائلة الشفويات يدوم طوال العام و قد استخدم لسنين كمادة مضافة للطعام و لكن ايضا كعلاج قيم لعدة امراض, و تعود الخصائص الطبية لهدا النبات الى زيته الاساسي و هو مزيج لعدة مركبات فعالة في الزعتر و هي Thymol carvacrol, terpineol ,linalool., p-cymene, γ-terpinene, وقد اشارت عدة مراجع الى ان زيت الزعتر يتميز بمضادات الميكروبات و الفطريات مما ادى الى ظهور تاثيرات و مضادات للاكسدة, و بالتالي كل المظاهر المدكورة تجعل من هدا النبات و زيته الضروري علاجا واعدا في مجال الطب و استخدامة في مجالات اقتصادية كثيرة ,و كان الهدف من هده الدراسة هو استعراض السمات الطبية التي تميز الزعتر الشائع بعيدا عن قيمته الغدائية و استخدامه الواعد في اثراء الاقتصاد.

In our study, we found that interest in medicinal and aromatic plants has increased globally over the past decades because of health benefits and their association with a variety of medicinal and biotic activities. Thymus Vulgaris is a medicinal aromatic plant from the oral family that lasts all year long and has been used for years as an added substance to food, but also as a valuable treatment for several diseases. The medicinal properties of this plant are attributed to its staple oil, which is a combination of several active compounds in thyme, namely Thymol carvacrol, terpineol, linolol., pcymene, γterpinene.everal references have indicated that thyme oil is characterized by Antimicrobial and Antifungal , leading to the emergence of Antioxidant and consequently the necessary to the economic recovery in the area and use of medicine Many of the aims of this study was to review the medical features that distinguish thyme from its nutritional value and its promising use in enriching the economy.
